Yesterday, a tragedy happened in Virginia.  Too many folks were killed by a young man.  I've been melancholy ever since.  This morning I found this picture of the Dalai Lama with Joan Halifax, and was thinking about hugs, how I often hug that way.  For all who suffer from yesterday, I put this picture of some hugs of my own from over the years.  While you're in the mood, check out this YouTube video.  And, I wish you were pictured with me here.  I do.  And for all of you who lost someone yesterday, I hold you close in my heart.
